What type of cleaning is this?
We primarily clean Airbnb and short-term rental units.
Tasks may include:
• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas.
• Making beds and changing linens.
• Washing and drying sheets and towels.
• Restocking basic supplies when needed.
• Preparing units for incoming guests.
• Reporting damages or maintenance issues.
How much can I earn?
Pay is based on the size and type of unit.
Many cleaners earn approximately $95–$100+ CAD per day.
Some larger units may pay significantly more than smaller units.
What are the typical working hours?
Most shifts start around 11:00 AM.
The average workday is approximately 5 hours.
Start and finish times may vary depending on guest check-outs, guest arrivals, and daily workload.
Is the trial paid?
Yes.
All approved candidates complete a paid trial.
Is the training paid?
Yes.
Training days are also paid.
What days will I work?
Our busiest days are Thursday through Monday.
Weekend availability is required.
Tuesday and Wednesday are generally our slowest days.
Do I need cleaning experience?
Experience is preferred, especially in:
• Airbnb cleaning
• Hotel housekeeping
• Residential cleaning
• Commercial cleaning
However, we also value reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Do I need a car?
No.
Most of our cleaners use TTC and public transportation.
Having access to a vehicle is a plus, especially for candidates living farther from West Toronto.
Do I need to speak English?
Basic English is preferred but not required.
Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome.
Where are the properties located?
We currently hire primarily for our Toronto West operations.
Applicants living closer to Toronto West may be prioritized.
Is this a temporary position?
No.
We are looking for reliable team members interested in long-term work.
This position is not intended for short-term or occasional employment.
How do payments work?
Payments are made bi-weekly through direct deposit.
A Canadian bank account is preferred.
